Ingles Tools for Schools Drive

We had a blast in Asheville, NC working with Smokin' Joe Lasher

at the Ingles Tools for School Drive! Joe has a fantastic food trailer  outfitted with everything you need to cook for a crowd, and we were proud to help cook and serve the volunteers who worked tirelessly to collect school supplies for area kids.

We did our shopping with Ingles Event Coordinator Ruby Downes and picked up everything we needed to cook Hatch Green Chile Chicken and Chorizo Fajitas on the Blackstone Griddle. 

Clark was in his element on Smokin' Joe's food trailer, griddling up lunch on the Blackstone Griddle.

Local fireman stopped by with donations for Tools for School and we shared a fajita lunch to go with them.
